Tara Orendorff
With over 20 years in the financial services industry, Tara provides investment solutions for select families and small institutions.
During her tenure at Wells Fargo Advisors, Tara held positions as the Branch Administration Manager, Branch Operations Manager, Branch Liaison and Financial Advisor.
Tara began her financial services career in Baltimore as a loan officer with the Central Credit Union of Maryland. The following year she was offered a position with Alex. Brown & Sons as a Registered Sales Associate. During her tenure with Alex. Brown, she worked with Corporate and Executive services specifically focusing on restricted securities sales, stock option exercise and 10b5- 1 plans. Tara's experience has also focused in the area of fiduciary accounts. She has worked closely with Non–Profit and for Profit organizations specifically in the areas of retirement plan development and advisory services related to cash management and foundation assets.
A graduate of York College, she has been active in her community through the "Relay for Life" for the American Cancer Society, the "Friends of Valerie Tournament of Champions," the "Polar Bear Plunge" for Special Olympics, "Hope Lodge" for the American Cancer Society and Adopt-a-Boxer rescue. In addition to her securities license Series 7, 63, and 66, Tara also holds the series 9/10 principal registrations. She also holds the designation of Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®).
