Fran has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services sector, including asset allocation, retirement planning, money manager evaluation and alternative investments. Backed by the wealth of resources available through Alex. Brown, a division of Raymond James, Fran is able to establish, execute and maintain a long-term investment strategy tailored to your individual needs. Fran had the financial well-being of his own family in mind when he launched his career in finance three decades ago. Today, he combines his years of experience with the resources available through Alex. Brown, a division of Raymond James, to establish that same level of financial confidence in every client he serves.
Fran began his career in the financial sector with Alex. Brown & Sons in 1983. He remained there for the next 30 years, gaining valuable insight into the industry before joining Raymond James in 2016. In addition, he holds a certification from The Wharton School’s Securities Industry Institute.
Originally from Easton, Maryland, Fran is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College in Pennsylvania. Fran is a past board member of The Schuylkill Center for Environmental Education; the Chestnut Hill Community Foundation; the Philadelphia Cricket Club; Chi Phi Alumni Association Zeta Chapter; Partnership for Housing Foundation in Annapolis, Maryland; and now serves on the board of Foulkeways at Gwynedd, a Quaker retirement community where he serves as head of the fund development committee as well as a member of the pension, finance, investment and executive committees. Fran, along with his wife, Leslie, live in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania, and have three grown children. They both enjoy woodworking, golf and traveling in their spare time.
