Leslie Greco-Pool
Leslie joined Alex Brown in 2016, bringing with her a wealth of experience from her previous role as Director and Regional Executive at Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management in Dallas. In her current capacity, Leslie assumes a comprehensive leadership role, managing all facets of the office’s operations. This includes supervising client relationships, guiding and supporting advisors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, overseeing branch activities, managing accounting functions, and leading recruitment initiatives.
Her extensive career in the Financial Services industry spans over two decades, commencing as a Client Advisor with Prudential Securities, where she successfully built a thriving business focused on providing sophisticated solution for high net worth individuals and families. In 1998, Leslie transitioned to Morgan Stanley (formerly Solomon Smith Barney), broadening her scope to include senior management at private corporations, foundations, and endowments
Leslie’s dedication to the financial sector is evident through her appointment by Governor Rick Perry to the State Pension Review Board for Texas in 2011, a position she held until 2015. Furthermore, for over a decade, she previously held a seat on the Board of Governors for First Tee of Greater Dallas, actively contributing to their scholarship committee as chair. Leslie has also previously served multiple years as Counsel Delegate on the board of her daughter’s Parent Teacher Association. Currently, she holds a position on the Board of Directors for her local Home Owners Association in Trophy Club.
Leslie’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Finance, which she obtained from the University of Texas at Dallas.
