Mark joined Alex. Brown, a division of Raymond James, in 2016, after nearly seventeen years at Deutsche Bank, where he was a managing director running the venture capital services team based in Baltimore, since 2000. Previous to Deutsche Bank, Mark spent six years at Invesco Ltd., where he was a chief financial officer of its private capital division. Mark has spent over 25 years focusing on helping venture funds, private equity funds and other holders of concentrated equity positions in developing, designing and implementing strategic exits. Prior to Invesco, Mark worked six years with Ernst & Young, as an audit manager. Mark graduated from Pace University with a degree in business administration, and is a non-practicing CPA. He currently holds Series 7, 24, 63 and 55 licenses.

Originally from New York, Mark now resides in Baltimore County, with his wife, and three children.
